In our quest to achieve success we often sacrifice our health. We may be so intent on work, school or personal matters we fail to recognise the symptoms of serious illness or disease. Most people only visit the doctor when they feel that something is wrong. Unfortunately, the symptoms of some life-threatening conditions are all too easily missed. Many people fall victim to strokes, or learn that they have cancer too late to receive treatment.

To fit into your busy life, FMP Hanoi offers a 1 stop service FMP Hanoi Health Check Up – modern, comprehensive health care services and state-of-the-art facilities all in one place. To increase your checkup’s usefulness, we tailor it to suit your age, gender, family history, personal risk factors and corporate requirements.

The entire process takes approximately 2 hours, a short time in which to obtain your own peace of mind. Should our physicians detect a threat to your health they will advise you on treatments and ways to minimize your personal risk factors. Preventative medical check-ups can identify potential diseases before they become life-threatening.

In just 2 hours we can potentially save your life. Depending on the outcome of your check-ups, you will be referred to a FMP Hanoi specialist who will do a complete evaluation of your medical issues and determine what the next treatment options should be. This may include ordering additional tests, or prescribing suitable medications if applicable.

FMP Health Check Up Checklist: Things to Do Before Your Next Check Up

Getting check-ups is one of many things you can do to help stay healthy and prevent disease and disability.

You’ve made the appointment to FMP Hanoi Health Check Department. You’ve reviewed the instructions on how to prepare for certain tests? You’ve done the usual paperwork?

Before your FMP Health Check Up – make sure you do these 4 things.

  1. Review your family health history: Any new conditions or diseases which have occurred to close relatives since your last visit? Family history might influence your risk of developing heart disease, stroke, diabetes, or cancer. FMP Hanoi Dr. will assess your risk of disease based on your family history and other factors. FMP Hanoi Dr. may also recommend things you can do to help prevent disease, such as exercising more, changing your diet, or using screening tests to help detect disease early.
  2. Find out if you are due for any general screenings or vaccinations: Have you had the recommended screening tests based on your age, general health, family history, and lifestyle? Check with FMP Hanoi Dr. to see if its time for any vaccinations, follow-up exams, or tests.
  3. Write down a list of issues and questions to take with you: Review any existing health problems and note any changes. Have you noticed any body changes, including lumps or skin changes? Are you having pain, dizziness, fatigue, problems with urine or stool, or menstrual cycle changes? Have your eating habits changed? Are you experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, distress, or sleeping problems?
  4. Be sure to write your questions down beforehand: Once you’re in the office or exam room, it can be hard to remember everything you want to know.

Are there specific health issues that need addressing concerning your future? Are you thinking about having infertility treatment, losing weight, taking a hazardous job, or quitting smoking? Discuss any issues with your FMP Hanoi Dr. so that you can make better decisions regarding your health and safety.
